What Nourishly stores
Nourishly is free to use without an account. Your meal check-offs, water progress, XP, rewards and photo-assisted calorie entries are saved in your browser or app storage on your device so you can continue where you left off.
Camera and photos
When you choose “Take a photo”, Nourishly requests camera access only to let you capture a meal. When you choose “Upload photo”, you select a file from your device. Photos are used in the current meal-review flow and are not uploaded by Nourishly for advertising or sold to third parties.
No sign-up or advertising profile
The current Nourishly experience does not require a password, email address, social login or payment information. We do not sell personal information or create advertising profiles from your nutrition activity.
Your choices
You can clear Nourishly’s saved progress at any time by clearing the site or app storage in your device settings. Camera permission can also be changed in your browser or Android settings.

Nourishly provides general wellness tools. Photo-based calorie estimates are approximate and are not medical advice. For a medical condition, therapeutic diet, diagnosis or treatment, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
Changes
If Nourishly adds a feature that changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated before that feature is released.
